Puffball Popple (voiced by Louise Vallance) has a talent for throwing her voice. She is also skilled at imitating voices to confuse both humans and popples. She also hates getting her white fur dirty and tries hard to keep it clean.

Puffball Popple is a medium-sized popple. She has white body fur, and blue tummy fur. Her muzzle is blue and she has a red nose. Her cheeks are orange, her hair is yellow, and her ears are a mismatched pink and blue. Her tail is orange and her tail puff is blue and yellow. Her paw pads are pink. Her eyes are blue, and her eyelids are white.
Personality[]
Puffball loves to make funny voices when she speaks, and she is very talented at it. She is very serious about making sure her body is free of dirt (Popping at the Car Wash). She enjoys bubble baths and has a rubber duck she likes fondly (Popples Flood the Fluff n' Fold).

P.C. Popple first appeared in the 1986 live-action pilot movie called It's Popple Time. In the animated 1986 TV series called Popples, she appeared in 11 of the 44 episodes.
Toy appearances[]
Puffball Popples made her debut as a 1986 plush toy. She has had several more merchandise since. In the 2001 Popples revival, new merchandise such as notebooks and keyrings were also released starring the original 1986 characters. She was also released in 2009 by Furyu Japan.
